- Chauffer le lait poivré jusqu'à frémissement.
- Ajouter la semoule de féverole et mélanger sur feu doux pendant 3 mn.
- Toujours sur le feu, ajouter le roquefort et mélanger encore 1 mn jusqu'à la fonte totale du fromage.
- Remplir des empreintes en silicone type moule à muffins, laisser refroidir puis mettre au frigo pour 2 h minimum.
- Démouler, décorer avec quelques cerneaux de noix et du roquefort émietté.
Notes
Ces petits flans au roquefort peuvent être servis froids ou réchauffés 10 à 15 mn au four à 100 °, accompagnés d'une salade verte. Un repas léger et nourrissant à la fois.
